It's DL.TV's last day at CES, and we've got a ton of innovative and quirky gadgets show you before we head home.

Here's the deets:

• Google Video is expanding into the pay-for-content market by offering CBS programs for $1.99 an episode. They've got tough competition from Yahoo, Apple, and Microsoft so they better have some cool software tricks ready...
  
• What gadget earned the prestigious title of last gadget standing? Watch and find out.
  
• DAVETV's IPTV software runs on top of Windows, and has some major content announcements on the way. Good luck guys, and don't forget about DL.TV!
  
• Topping our list of unjustifiably expensive things that we desperately want are the Shure E500 headphones ($500). In-ear 'phones never sounded so good.
  
  
• We've got plenty of audio toys including the iPod-killing Creative Zen Vision M, the fashionable and functional Product M Tunebuckle, iPod backpacks, and many more.
  
  
• The DualCor cPC bridges the gap between cell phones and ultraportables with its power saving switching technology.  Gearlog's Sascha Segan gives us the scoop.
  
• Shure's i4C ($319) phone/audio headset has great sound quality, but Logitech's Mobile Stereo Headset ($129) has lots of features for less dough.
  
  
• The Garmin Forerunning 305 uses GPS to monitor your running speed so you can brag about your track times to friends.
  
  
• Martin Sargent goes undercover(s) to get the 411 on security software and hardware.
  
  
• Jim Louderback shows off the Digiview International Time Clock ($59.99), which features six (not five, six) wireless sync points around the globe.
  
  
• Vector's Stromtracker 10,000,000 ($69.99) combines an AM/FM weather alert radio with a spotlight powerful enough for police chopper duty.
  
  
• Like to talk to your mouse? The Yappernaut Yapper Mouse ($29.99) actually talks back...
  
• The Lego Mindstorms NXT ($249) brings USB, bluetooth, and advanced sensors to the venerable block kits; we tried our luck with a Lego slot machine later in the show.
  
• USB thumbdrives are getting huge: the Verbatim U3 Smart Drive packs in 4GB.

It's DL.TV's second day at CES (Friday, 1-6-05) and we've got another great show covering the vast range of tech-goodness!

Here's the deets:

• The series 3 Tivo is finally here: word is the high-def recorder can hold up to 300 hours of video (By our calculations, that's almost enough for all of Fox's reality shows.)
  
• Dell's XPS renegade combines an overclocked 4.26GHz dual core Pentium 955, and four 7800 GTX graphics chips (for a total of 2GB video ram). We think it'll make a good match for Dell's four megapixel 3007 LCD, for those who are not cost concious.
  
• We grabbed four hard disk based camcorders that hold up to 30GB of data, 37 hours of video, and that we wish we could afford: the Sony DCR-SR100 ($1100), the JVC Everio GZ-MG37 ($800), Samsung's SC-X210L ($599.99), and the Hitachi DZGX3200A ($599).
  
• Image stabilizing, 5MP+ cameras are getting cheap: the Kodak V570 ($399), Panasonic's DMZ-LZ5 ($280), and the Fujifilm V10 ($349) all provide awesome performance for less than $400.
• Dynamism imports cool gadgets that are for sale only in Japan. Douglas Krone, CEO, brought us a tiny 0.32 lb Sanyo Xacti C6 camcorder, and the ultra-fashionable Nokia 7380 phone.
  
• The Sony W810 and the Kyocera Strobe are two sweet cellphones.
  
• Martin Sargent discovers the most sloth-inducing product at CES: HotSeat's gaming futon. For the more health conscious, he also found a video game machine that makes you sweat for each hitpoint.
• Jim Louderback shows off the Eleksen smart fabric keyboard and its smart fabric backpack. This technology is going to be ubiquitous within a few years.
  
• Celestron's SkyScout Personal Planetarium will keep amateur astronomers looking skyward.
  
• The perfect companion for a Trans Europe trip should speak five languages, like music, and fit in your pants. Meet the multi-talented Garmin Nuvi 359 ($899) GPS device/Music Player/Translator.
  
• The MobiTV 2 ($9.99/month) gives you television, and digital radio on a cellphone. Fox news, CNN, ESPN, NBC and other big content providers are signed up--need we say more?
• Plus, ADS Tech's InstantHDTV ($129) gives you an over-the-air tuner with a PCI card for hard drive encoding; the LG FM30 media player ($199) has over 60 hours of battery life; Sony's new VAIO VGN-XZ170P ($2000) is made of carbon fiber, and has a battery-saving hybrid graphics system; and, Imation's flash wristband lets you carry 256MB of data in style.
