Regarding the question about torrents on tuesday's episode:

Would it be safer to use safepeer on azureus and be uploading the content as you download it, or to use a torret client such as G3 Torrent and not upload, and not be guarded against certain IPs?

Apple has a page on their site called "How to clean an LCD screen"

http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=60446

From the article:

1. Turn off the computer or display. You may need to turn off the computer in order to turn off some Apple displays.
2. Dampen a clean, soft, lint-free cloth or paper with water only.
3. Wipe the screen. Do not spray liquid directly on the screen.
