• And now for the viewer questions:
First is from Mark:
I was thinking about making the investment into getting certified to calibrate HDTVs as a sideline business. Looking forward, do you think this would be something that there will continue to be a need for. Any other advice you could offer me? Hey Mark and anyone else who wants the info on HDTV calibration, try Imaging Science Foundation and THX.
Today's second question is from Archie of Aspen, CO:
Do you know of any way to "screw down" an HDMI cable? My cables seem to come loose at the worst time. I noticed a small Phillips screw above or below most HDMI ports. Is there any kind of hood or attachment that can "lock down" this connections?

Out of curiosity why does Robert always call Scott "Scott Asa-no" when Scott always calls himself "Asa-nalt" Is Robert implying that Scott does not know how to properly say his own name? Seriously go back and watch old episodes, he does it EVERY time.

Good to see you back on dl.tv Neha! Great job!

And you're not the only one who's dropped their phone while talking on it! lol (that's what I get for talking and trying to walk on ice) :P

They can tell you have dropped your phone in the water because of a little sticker, usually under the battery in the phones.

its about 1/16th of an inch and white until it gets wet and then it turns pink.

Happy to see the nerd bird is back. I loved the iPhone case reviews and the sexy OLED display.

Very happy to see Neha on the show again! She deserves a permanent job as co-host of the show.

Mike-that is really interesting. I was wondering how that was done, and whether or not it was an intentional part of the engineering. Tee, Kevin, Tim, Metal, and lT3--thanks for the compliments! I have a wonderful time co-hosting with Sir Heron, and would love to be back :) Also, for those wanting more info on those iPhone cases, please check this out.

I agree with Tee. It has been long enough for dltv to find a new co host. I liked for awhile the changing of hosts but now it is getting very old. I love the show just as much as anyone. It still feels like it is in that transition phase. Having a co host that would stay on the show would bring the show to a complete feel. It is just a good suggestion that will make the show a lot better. Not like I have a problem with any of the other guests that have come on the show it just feels incomplete. I just hope this becomes a reality.

To add to what the previous John said, the show also feels incomplete by not have a HD wide screen video stream. I, along with some other people here have mentioned it in the past. It is time DL.TV updated its video to be at the very least, a full wide screen video stream (not a video window that is 1/4 of my LCD screen). Get with the times DL.TV!

The iPhones moisture detector is at the bottom of the headphone jack. It appears as a white disc. this disc goes a reddish colour if the phone has been in contact with water. iPod Touch also has this moisture detector in the headphone jack as well.

A drowned iPhone/iPod would be pretty much fried anyway, as there is no way to quickly remove the battery.

Gotta love Neha~! What a cutie and super geeky as well. The perfect combination? :)Anyways, I also agree that Neha should be a permanent co-host on the show. She has a cool vibe with Robert.

Neha's pretty cute and does ok, but still seems kinda nervous. Needs to relax...
Also, many electronics can survive a dunking. You just need to dry them out properly. Put them in a warm dry place for a few days or so before you try turning them on... I had a friend test it after they dunked their ipod and found it to work after a couple weeks under a piece of paper by a sunny window. Surprisingly, the battery won't always fry them...

This show needs Neha as a permanent host.
